Keynote Speakers:
David Weston- Teacher Development Trust, College of Teaching
Sally Elton-Chalcraft – University of Cumbria, Cambridge Primary Reveiw Trust

Aims of the conference:

  • – to raise awareness of the value and benefits of teachers engaging in research CPD to transform their practice and achieve success for all their pupils;
  • – to raise awareness of the work of Cambridge Primary Review Trust with its emphasis on research-based development within the primary phase;
  • – to raise awareness of both NTEN and MA study as the means by which whole schools or individual teachers can undertake research CPD;
  • – to provide an update on progress towards raising the status of teachers through the establishment of the College of Teaching
